A Blushing Bride and a Gorgeous Blush Dress

There is nothing we love more than we meet a bride who is completely in love with her dress. And that was exactly who our wonderfully sweet Julie was!

Julie’s beautiful BHLDN gown had lots of delicate flowers and gorgeous detailing that made it so unique and special to work with. We altered Julie’s dress and ensured that every little detail was in place for her beautiful wedding! Including her multi-layer tulle hem, which was fluffed to perfection on her big day :)

I mean look at her! She is a basically a magical fairy princess! ❤️

A Wow-Worthy Wedding

Diana’s dress was one of our favorite dresses… and also one of the hardest to alter!

This beautiful cap-sleeved gown was among the most delicate dresses we’ve ever worked with… and very interestingly was sewn in so many separate pieces!

Our girl Diana was an absolute dream to work with, and we are so, so happy her dress came out to be picture perfect. We fit the bust, the length, and the bustle, and worked some secret magic under the hood to make sure everything felt and looked great :)

In fact, we couldn’t narrow down photo options… so here is a huge peak at Diana’s big day!

Sheer Side Panels and a Beaded Wonder

Before Michelle came into our studio, she was uneasy about how on earth she was going to get her gorgeous Stella York dress by Essense of Australia to fit her. Completely beaded on the sides, there is no natural seam line available to take in the dress. But she came into see us… and we got to know her fun, life-filled spirit and worked our tailoring magic. it. looked. perfect.

Congrats Michelle!

A Legacy Celebrated in Old Town

Believe it or not, this beautiful lace number you see in this album is a 50+ year old dress! Brittany is wearing her restored, grandmother’s dress. While we do not usually accept vintage dress redesigns, we took this case beach the bride herself was the sweetest there ever could be, and because we could tell just how special this dress really is.
